I was walking down the street I
live this evening and was watching the sun set casting shadows of people and of
everything it cuts across feeling the mixed air of dust, smoke, warmth but
still some fresh air, I reminisced the hands of time since dawn, since the
morning alarm to breakfast and I wondered, what impact have I left through the
passing hands of today’s time?
What value was my waking up today towards, was
it achieved? To whom did I make smile, laugh and be happy and by any means have
I wronged any one? With each step I took
down the road these thoughts ran through my mind, but hey I have a family to
share my thoughts with @Verveardor.
With every second we spend
breathing with every minute we spend thinking of the occurring event, the next
event, our future actions some time we tend to forget to feel the now as it won’t
come again but literarily we keep preparing for the next and even when the next
comes we keep preparing for the next forgetting that TODAY IS THE TOMORROW WE TALKED ABOUT YESTERDAY and a times
forgetting to be grateful for every second that we spend alive, with family,
loved ones, accepting strangers. It’s really a good thing to accept a stranger
in good faith though the fear of the unknown is understandable according to all
human thinking that notwithstanding, moving to our purpose as the sun sets .
I would really encourage each and
every one of us to look behind at the end of every day this I believe would
help us realize our mistakes, progress, achievements, what we should be
grateful for, look forward to, what we should try avoiding in the future to
come all this are best felt just before the end of the day or should I say as
the sun sets.
