Tailing Peace of Mind

The walk through obtaining peace of mind can be stressful at the same time joyful but most importantly we need to have the Know-How to obtaining and achieving that peace of mind many opted meditation and that I hope we discuss today.

Meditation or the act of meditation simply to consider thoughtfully with or upon; to engage in contemplation most likely religiously, It is seen as a serious continuous contemplation either on a religious, spiritual mental or emotional theme as it gives thought and control of a tranquil state and total relaxation of mind and body.





As it is believed meditation has many forms a number of which have roots in ancient eastern religion “the mind has to be empty to see clearly” this said by a writer in his course of which many has attested to that by clearing the mind of all we have a freer [passage to making tactful and well calculated decisions in, about and on matters of life, relationship, business and so on. His words reflect the views that empty the mind while focusing on certain words or images promotes inner peace, mental clarity and spiritual enlightenment.

A high valued is priced on meditation, that kind of meditation that encourages however those not entail emptying the mind or repeating a certain word or phrase called Mantra. Wholesome meditation gives inner peace/depth, quiet resonance and moral strength all which adds in sight and understanding to our speech and behavior. Such meditation therefore also contributes to a happy and rewarding life also it helps to improve our comprehension and memory. We live our everyday life as certain s but when we meditate on this facts, we would see how they relate to one another and how they enlighten our mind, teach lessons from our past thus as raw material is turned into finished goods, meditation helps us assemble facts into patterns and structures.

There Verveardor family, it is encouraged that we meditate on not just things that gives us worry but also things that are true, pure, righteous, lovable well spoken of as I matter of fact I don’t think contemplating on our worries is healthy as it most times leads to depression, live a happy life, smile and laugh tame your emotions that you decide what you feel or want to feel irrespective of the situation. Taking in fine thoughts building your mind power and sow good in our minds we shall reap the form of beautiful qualities, gracious speech and warm relationship with others.


Now this leads to mind building how do we build our mind? With thoughts, beliefs, ideas and ideology and I ask again what do we let into our mind and what do we allow take advantage of our emotions for most times we tend to be in situations that offends us goes against our principles and defies our person we tend to be upset but still we smile have a reason to not be sad and to keep a happy mind take for example you find yourself in a place may be inappropriate and with everything going on you feel inconvenient even with everything happen you don’t feel it in you to join along that feeling is not just your  personality it’s a path that you have built over the years, a mindset you have created over the time past to keep and a feeling you have decided to keep and hold early for that reason the place goes sour and unbearable for you to be in take this example and relate it into your life and see how well we have fared in building our mindset, taming our emotions and deciding what we feel I believe this is possible to achieve as I believe in the power of the mind.
