Have you ever heard the saying nothing is free, I suppose you have heard it irrespective of the language, the tongue, the situation, the end point still remains that nothing is free as only the gift of the divine God has always been free like the air you breath, you sleep and wake up into a new day and lots more these gifts, opportunities are not been given to us by man (a friend, our teachers, parents, guardians etc) but we still get it and most times if not always we tend to forget to say THANK YOU just as simple as that may be its due to the fact that we don’t see these gifts been given to us or we don’t just want to, how about today I want you to look into the eyes of your partner, friend, neighbor, boss, employee and say thank you I know it’s going to sound stupid but you don’t know the peace you just set your heart to by these simple words that most of us overlook and therefore under rate but believe me when I say there is much to gain in gratitude.

Gratitude, the state of being grateful, appreciating, thankful, to the actions and gestures of another I don’t know what you or who you should be grateful to or for what you should be grateful for, different people with different reasons and different state of appreciation.

Showing appreciation may feel not so important as most times we tend to forget sometimes we don’t just want to without any reason but little do we know the power of been grateful to even the smallest act done to us take for example an artiste (music) who has a growing fan base that’s pilling up by the day suddenly comes out to say he can do without his fans who he has to be grateful to for just talent won’t get you anywhere but rather the undying love of his fans who his suppose to be appreciating every day…. That’s more than surprising as to life somehow some way we still depend on each other to survive no man is an island for a little thank you a little you the best, sometimes praise though that might be taking it too far but it sooths the heart and one thing about been grateful is that you are also appreciated on return, I don’t know if anybody gets my point or what am trying to say here #THE POWER OF THANK YOU.

Now let’s look at it this way I believe that there is someone out there some way somehow that we for one reason or the other have to say thank you to irrespective of age, class, race and whatever you might think of. Most people see saying thank you as a motive for doing more some people as a sign of appreciation now here is what I want you to doo look within yourself and tell me how thank you feels to you don’t be shy don’t be weary look inward and tell me how do you really feel when you are sincerely told thank you, take that feeling and assume it’s someone else now you are the one saying the thank you imagine the feeling the person get sincerely from both ends I know most times when we say thank you we get the response “don’t thank me thank God” but this is so to believers, most people believe that the divine is to be given all the gratitude, praise and all I have no doubt in that but how can you be grateful to the divine when you haven’t been grateful to your fellow man, your neighbor, brother, sister, a stranger lets come and look inward stop looking at the way others act behave think and follow suit no!,  you are different in every manner with your own specification and to every justification you should act like you are in control of your words, your tongue, your actions, ideology, manner and conduct instead of trying to copy someone else’s lifestyle, that contradicts who we truly are changes our life style and the way we act and think which in one out of a thousand times is not suppose to be.

Some of us out there are our own boss that’s right! Now how many of you guys can look in the eyes of your employee and sincerely say thank you fine they need you that’s why they work for you but equally you need them that’s why you pay them but the ideology that am your superior so you have e to answer to me and that’s final is wrong for what would be class without these people you look down on. It goes bad to the extent that most people don’t even know the full name of their driver that they literarily sit with almost every day, don’t know if they got birthdays, a family, a degree, talk less of knowing their story but still they respect you, they bow to you, they adore you be it because they need you but so also you need them. Surprisingly the word thank you might just rekindle that fire that’s lacking in your household, business, family, friendship, companionship etc. basically I believe that there is more to say about the power of thank, been grateful, appreciating and most of all acknowledging the value of another the effort made by another it must not always have an effect on us all but to the world at large every good deed has a massive effect and every thank you serves a great deal of peace, inspiration, motivation and a whole lot brace up your selves brothers and sisters and lets be more grateful.
